ToofFairy Labs take great pride in having technicians with over 40 years of experience, to say we know what we are doing is an understatement. When you purchase a product from us, you receive and impression kit along with instructions on how to properly take your own impressions. In the event that you need additional impressions because there was not enough data from your first ones, we will cover the cost of an additional impression kit. Please pay close attention to the impression video provided on our website to attempt to give TFL enough data to produce your product off of the first impressions provided.

Generally, it takes up to 35 days from the day we receive your impression for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. If it takes longer than 45 days due to an issue on ToofFairy Labs' behalf, discounts to your product will be applied.

Yes, our lab utilizes ADA-approved materials and genuine manufacturer parts and hardware for our products. We understand the importance of using high-quality materials in dental products and we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
