Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within one business day. In addition, TFL will ship orders out every other Saturday, RUSH options are also available. In most cases, your impression kit will arrive within 3-5 days depending on the service you choose and your location. When shipments are in transit, the customer's specified email will receive a tracking number. Note - Transit during the holiday season might cause delivery delays. ToofFairy Labs requires 35 days for most custom-made dental appliances to be produced and shipped. If technical difficulties or shipping delays do occur, your order can take slightly longer. Included with your impression kit will be 1 pre-paid shipping/return label. Once you have completed taking your impressions, place the label on the back of your TFL provided box and leave your kit at the local mailbox or post office. ToofFairy Labs guarantees our products & will provide projected shipping dates, any issues with shipping will be communicated and relayed to you through the information provided by our couriers.
Return Policy
This return policy applies to all of ToofFairy Labs’ products. All returned items must be returned as a complete kit, with no indicia of mishandling. No refund will be paid until returned items are received by the ToofFairy Labs. Returns under ninety (90) days after the delivery to a common carrier or the US Post Office for shipment to the customer are subject to a $29.99 re-stocking fee. ToofFairy Labs reserves the right to refuse to accept returns of items more than three (3) months after shipment to the customer.
