Warranty

Warranty Details:

• Free Repairs: Within the applicable warranty period, ToofFairy Labs will repair defective products at no charge.

• Replacement Costs:

  • If a product is lost and requires replacement within the warranty period, there is a 50% charge of the original product price.

  • After the initial replacement, any further replacements during the warranty period will be charged at 75% of the original price.

  • Outside of the warranty period, a full product replacement charge will apply.

• Broken Product Repairs: All broken components must be returned for repairs to be honored—no exceptions.

• Labor Costs: No charge for labor if the repair is done at ToofFairy Labs’ California facility and you have purchased the 6-month warranty. For non-warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping, packaging, handling, and any applicable import/export fees.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Change in Original Impression: Any modifications to the original impression (e.g., additional tooth extraction).

• Excludes Items: Whitening Gel packs and Anti-Snoring Devices.

• Unauthorized Service: Damage caused by unauthorized service or alterations not performed by ToofFairy Labs’ technicians.

ToofFairy Labs reserves the right to refuse warranty claims for products that have been used contrary to the terms outlined above.

Limitations of Liability:

• Exclusive Remedy: ToofFairy Labs’ sole obligation is to repair or replace the product, or offer a full refund at its discretion.

• No Additional Liability: ToofFairy Labs is not liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

• Legal Rights: This warranty provides you specific legal rights, which may vary by state.
