ToofFairy Lab's custom-made dental appliances are unlike products that are purchased from retailers off-the-shelf. As any company that creates a truly custom product, we will never be able to recoup the time we devote to your appliance. It is important to remember that we are not designing your appliance based on your mouth, but based on a dental impression you provided. Generally, if the appliance does not fit properly, it is because it was made from an inaccurate impression, rather than faulty workmanship. We are always looking forward to working with our customers and doing our very best to exceed their expectations. The quality of our dental products is our top priority, and we will not rest until you are satisfied.
